Teta Stamati is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Informatics and Telematics of Harokopio University, specializing in “Management Information Systems and Electronic Government”. She holds a bachelor’s degree and a PhD from the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Her Phd thesis is entitled “Model Development for Transformation and Electronic Government Adoption”. He holds a MPhil from the Computation Department, UMIST, UK and a MBA from the Management School, Lancaster University. She actively participates, for more than 20 years, in research and development programs in the field of technology management and information systems. She has been the coordinator of large-scale digital transformation projects and has published more than 70 articles, 30 of which in international journals with a high recognition and impact. Her interests focus on technology management, digital transformation, e-government and innovative technologies.
