Successful applicants for transfers, with or without scoring, for the 2016-2017 academic year who submitted their supporting documents to the

Secretariat of the Department of Informatics for their registration to be completed to submit between the hours 10:00 and 13:00 and

until Friday 16-12-2016 the following:

  • Two (2) ID-card-style photographs.
  • Certificate of deregistration from the originating School. (The certificate will be retrieved ex officio by our service after previously the student has submitted a relevant request to the Secretariat of the originating Department).
  • Detailed grade report if the transfer is to a semester higher than the 1st semester.
