Student Services
Library
Students have access to the Library and Information Center services, which support the academic community with scientific resources and educational services. The library provides study spaces, computers, user training seminars, borrowing and photocopying services, as well as remote access when needed. Through the library, students can also access international scientific databases and electronic publications from major publishers such as IEEE and Elsevier.
Students with Special Needs
The Department and the Institution ensure the installation and maintenance of infrastructure necessary for the mobility of students belonging to special groups. The Institution’s services and academic staff provide support and assistance to these students in order to ensure their uninterrupted participation in academic activities and their quality of life within the Department’s facilities.
Student Services Center
The University operates a Student Service Center, which is responsible for informing students about matters related to the overall operation of the University, their rights and obligations, and the services provided by the State and the University, as well as assisting them electronically and/or in person. Among other services, the Student Service Center houses the Student Welfare Services and the Office of Academic and Career Liaison, which supports students in their transition to the labor market by providing information and counseling services regarding employment opportunities and the continuation of their studies in Greece and abroad.
Student Counselor
The Institution operates the Student Ombudsman and the Faculty Advisor for Students with Special Educational Needs. These services support students through mediation, safeguarding the proper functioning of the University, and providing assistance to ensure the equal participation of students with special educational needs in academic life.
Student Advisor
The Faculty Advisor guides and supports students throughout their studies. The Advisor is a faculty or academic staff member of the Department and is assigned to students from their first year of stud

The student restaurant is housed in a modern, fully equipped facility accessible to all students and members of the academic community.
Links with the Market
The Department supports students in their transition to the job market by providing career guidance and information on further studies in Greece and abroad. Seminars and workshops on CV writing, interviews, and job search skills are offered, while the University’s liaison office strengthens connections between academia and industry to support employment opportunities for students and graduates.
International Mobility
In collaboration with the Institution, the Department supports international student mobility across all three study cycles through partnerships with universities and research centers abroad. Student mobility is supported through inter-university agreements and funding programs such as Erasmus+, scholarships, and other national and European funding sources.
