We inform the University students who are interested in receiving the meal card that they may come to Office 1.13 (on the 1st floor of the old building) and from 10 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., bringing the completed application (attached) and also the following supporting documents:
1.    Certified tax statement (Fiscal year 2010)
2.    Certificate of enrollment from a university (AEI) or TEI where other dependent family members are studying (if any)
3.    Certificate of large-family status (applies to students who are members of a large family)
4.    Recent ID photo

The submission of the supporting documents will be made upon presentation of the student ID and the national identity card or passport.
The application submission dates will be strictly observed and no extension will be given.
