Please be informed that for your registration the submission of the following supporting documents to the Secretariat of the Department of Informatics and Telematics, (Charokopou 89, Kallithea), is required from Wednesday 16/09 to Wednesday 30/09 during the hours 10:00-14:00.

1. Application*
2. Eight ID-style photographs
3. Photocopy of identity card (certified)
4. High school diploma (certified)
5. Certificate of admission (certified)
6. Medical examination certificate from a Pathologist, Dermatologist and Radiologist
(chest X-ray)
7. Declaration of non-enrollment in another Department*
8. Statistical Form*

2. The start date of classes will be announced by the Secretariat
