Procedure for Completion of Registration of First-Year Students for the Academic Year 2023-2024

ΑΠΑΙΤΟΥΜΕΝΑ ΔΙΚΑΙΟΛΟΓΗΤΙΚΑ

1.Υπεύθυνη Δήλωση

To complete your registration and receive your personal access credentials for the electronic services associated with your student status, you must submit a declaration via the electronic application e-dilosi, to the Secretariat of your Department, the content of which should state the following request:

"επιθυμώ

  •      the completion of my registration in the Department
  •      the sending of my personal access codes for the online services, to the following email address..........."

at this point you will enter your own email address to which you wish your codes to be sent.

Please note that, in the electronic application system for the declaration of responsibility, you log in with your own details (not the parent's) because in this way the identity of the person submitting the declaration is verified.

In the event that you do not have this possibility, you can contact a KEP, where you will correspondingly fill in a sworn statement and the authenticity of your signature will be certified. In this case, the sending of the sworn statement is done by mail to your admissions department.

2. Clear copy of Identity Card or Passport

3. Copy of the electronic registration application from the platform of the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports which bears, after its submission, a protocol number

4. Digital color ID-card style photograph (jpg file). In the case of sending by mail two (2) color ID-card style photographs

5. (Only for male students) Birth certificate or family status certificate in which the Male Registry Number is stated

Only in cases of exceptional necessity where the submission of the above documents is not possible electronically, the documents may be sent by post until 20/09/2023 to the following address:
