Recipients of transfers for the academic year 2023-2024 who belong to the following categories are invited:
i) in accordance with the point‑awarding criteria of paragraph 3 of Article 75 of Law 4692/2020 (A’111)
ii) successful candidates in the category "siblings of undergraduate students" of Article 76 of Law 4692/2020 (A'111)
iii) that fall under the cases a, b, c, e and f of article 78 of Law 4692/2020 (A’111)
iv) in accordance with Article 77 of Law 4692/2020 (A'111)
as ratified by ref. no. 129682/Ζ1/10-11-2023 table of the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports are to submit in person or by another authorized person, from Monday 20/11/2023 through Friday 24/11/2023 at the Secretariat of the Department of Informatics and Telematics (daily 10.00-13.00, Omirou 9, 177 78 Tavros, 2nd floor) ALL the supporting documents listed in the electronic application they submitted to the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports.
In addition, beneficiaries of transfers are requested to submit
-Application – Approval of Transfer from the Ministry
-Copy of Police ID (both sides)
-Fill out Application

- Regarding the Solemn Declaration of Article 8 of Law 1599/1986 (A' 75) of the beneficiary's brother by which he renounces the right to transfer, it must be signed and certified for the authenticity of the signature by a public authority or have been issued through the website gov.gr.
- It is noted that, according to circular no. 115724 /Ζ1/16-10-2023 of the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports regarding the «Transfers/Movements acad. year 2023-24 (ΑΔΑ:9Ε3146ΝΚΠΔ-8ΑΘ)»: «In the event of submission of a false or inaccurate declaration of information in the electronic application, which constitute a prerequisite for granting the transfer/movement, as well as in the event of failure to prove the declared information through the documents submitted to the Department Secretariat, the Department Secretariat informs the Ministry in writing and as soon as possible. In this case the applicant loses the right to transfer/movement».
- In the category where proof of parents' permanent residence is required, please submit the permanent residence certificate for both parents
- In the category where the parents' E9 is requested, please submit the E9 of both parents
- In the category where a parent's tax identification number (AFM) has not been declared due to divorce, please submit the divorce decree as well as the court decision on custody.
Beneficiaries should not request deregistration from the Institution of Origin until the supporting documents have been verified and the transfer procedure has been completed by a decision of the School's General Assembly
- After completion of the verification of the supporting documents and their ratification by the Departmental Assembly, the Secretariat informs the eligible students, via the email address (email) provided in their application, about the approval or rejection of their transfer.
Subsequently, they should contact the Secretariat of the Department of Origin in order to request their deletion, while the retrieval of the diplomas (i.e. of the deletion) will be carried out administratively.
- The Department Secretariat will send to the beneficiaries, via email, a registration number and registration instructions as soon as it receives the diplomas from the Secretariats of the Departments of Origin.
- The courses of the winter semester of the 2023-24 academic year will be registered by the Secretariat for students pending transfer after they complete their enrollment.
