Dear first-year students of the Department of Informatics and Telematics,
We inform you that from Tuesday 03.09.2024 through Wednesday 11.09.2024 the registration of the successful candidates of the 2024 Panhellenic Examinations and of the special category of those suffering from serious illnesses is carried out electronically on a mandatory basis, through the Electronic Registrations Information System 2024. Successful candidates can access the Electronic Registrations Information System 2024 of the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports via the web address https://eregister.it.minedu.gov.gr

After your electronic registration in the Information System of the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports, you must send to the email address
ΑΠΑΙΤΟΥΜΕΝΑ ΔΙΚΑΙΟΛΟΓΗΤΙΚΑ
1.Solemn Declaration
For your registration and the receipt of your personal access codes for the online services associated with your student status, you must submit a sworn declaration via the electronic application e-declaration, to the Secretariat of the Department, the content of which should state the following request:
“I desire
- my enrollment in the Department
- the sending of my personal access codes for the electronic services, to the following email address………..”
At this point you should enter your personal email address to which you wish your codes to be sent.
Please note that, in the electronic application system for the declaration of responsibility, you log in with your own details (not the parent's) because in this way the identity of the person submitting the declaration of responsibility is verified.
If you are unable to do so, you can contact a KEP, where you will correspondingly complete a signed declaration and the authenticity of your signature will be certified. In this case, the signed declaration must be sent by mail to your Admissions Department.
2. Clear copy of identity card or passport
3. Copy of the electronic registration application from the platform of the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports, which bears, after its submission, a protocol number
4. Digital color ID card-type photograph (jpg file). In case of sending by mail two (2) color ID card-type photographs.
5. (only for male students) Birth certificate or family status certificate in which the Male Registry Number is shown

Only in cases of exceptional necessity where sending the above supporting documents is not possible electronically, the documents may be sent by post to the address of the Secretariat of the relevant Department:

- People suffering from serious conditions
- Greek Citizens of the Muslim Minority of Thrace
