Distinguished athlete candidates for admission to the Department of Informatics and Telematics for the academic year 2024-2025 are invited,

και στη συνέχεια

  • να καταθέσουν ηλεκτρονικά στη Γραμματεία του Τμήματoς (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) από Δευτέρα 11.11.2024 έως και Παρασκευή 15.11.2024 τα απαραίτητα δικαιολογητικά προκειμένου να γίνει ο έλεγχος για την εγγραφή τους.

Απαραίτητα δικαιολογητικά

-Application for registration and submission of supporting documents (attached here)

-Clear photocopy of the identity card or passport

-Υπεύθυνη Δήλωση (μέσω της υπηρεσίας https://www.gov.gr/ipiresies/polites-kaikathemerinoteta/psephiaka-eggrapha-gov-gr/ekdose-upeuthunes-deloses ή με βεβαίωση του γνήσιου της υπογραφής σε ΚΕΠ) (επισυνάπτεται ως Υπόδειγμα εδώ)

-Filling out the Data Form (attached here)

- Photograph (recent, color or black and white, on a neutral background and depicting clearly only the face of the student (male/female))

- Αριθμός Μητρώου Κοινωνικής Ασφάλισης (ΑΜΚΑ) [απλή εκτύπωση από την ηλεκτρονική ιστοσελίδα: https://www.amka.gr/AMKAGR

- Deregistration from previous Department / School (provided the student (male/female) is enrolled (male/female) in another Department/School of higher education)
