ΜΕΤΕΓΓΡΑΦΕΣ ΑΚΑΔΗΜΑΪΚΟΥ ΕΤΟΥΣ 2025-2026

Those eligible for transfers for the academic year 2025-2026 who belong to the following categories are invited:

i) in accordance with the scoring criteria of para.3 of Article 75 of Law 4692/2020 (A’111) as amended and in force

ii) successful candidates in the category of siblings of undergraduate students of Article 76 of Law 4692/2020 (A'111), as amended and in force

iii) that fall within cases a, b, c, e and f of Article 78 of Law 4692/2020 (A’111) as amended and in force

iv) σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 77 του ν. 4692/2020 (Α’111)

as ratified by Table No. 132031 /Ζ1/20-10-2025 of the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports to submit in person or by another authorized person, from the Tuesday 21/10/2025 through Friday 31/10/2025 to the Secretariat of the Department of Informatics and Telematics (daily 10.00-13.00, Omirou 9, 177 78 Tavros, 2nd floor) ALL the supporting documents that are listed in the electronic application they submitted to the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports.

In addition, transfer beneficiaries are asked to submit

-Copy of Identity Card (both sides)

-Συμπλήρωση Αίτησης

Διευκρινίσεις:

-With regard to the Solemn Declaration of Article 8 of Law 1599/1986 (A΄ 75) of the beneficiary's brother by which he waives the right to a transfer, it must have been issued through the website gov.gr or be signed and certified as to the authenticity of the signature by a public authority

-In the event of an inaccurate declaration of information in the electronic application that constitute a prerequisite for the granting of the transfer/movement, as well as in the event of failure to prove the scored financial and social criteria of Article 5 of decision no. 142413/19.10.2020 of the Deputy Minister of Education and Religious Affairs (B'4617) through the supporting documents submitted to the Secretariat of the Department, the Secretariat of the Department informs the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs in writing as soon as possible.

-In the category where a parents' permanent residence certificate is required, please submit the permanent residence certificate of both parents-In the category where the parents' E9 is required, please submit the E9 of both parents

-In the category where a parent's AFM has not been declared due to divorce, please submit the divorce decree as well as the court custody decision.

Beneficiaries must not request deregistration from the home institution until the supporting documents have been checked and the transfer procedure has been completed by a decision of the School's General Assembly

-After the completion of the verification of the supporting documents and their validation by the School Assembly, the Secretariat notifies the eligible applicants, via the e-mail address (email) indicated on their application, about the approval or rejection of their transfer.

-Subsequently, they should coordinate with the Secretariat of the originating Department to request their deregistration, while the retrieval of the graduation certificates (i.e., of the deregistration) will be carried out administratively.

-The Department Secretariat will send to the beneficiaries via e-mail a registration number and registration instructions, as soon as it receives the diplomas from the Secretariats of the Departments of Origin.
