Πρόσκληση εκδήλωσης ενδιαφέροντος για την πραγματοποίηση Πρακτικής Άσκησης Εαρινό Εξάμηνο 2025-2026
The Internship Office of Harokopio University, in cooperation with the Internship Committee of the Department of Informatics and Telematics, announce the start of undergraduate student internships, which will take place during the spring semester 2025-26 .
Καλούνται οι προπτυχιακοί φοιτητές/-τριες του Τμήματος Πληροφορικής και Τηλεματικής (ΠΤ) του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου (ΧΠ) που ενδιαφέρονται να συμμετάσχουν στην Πρακτική Άσκηση (ΠΑ) του Τμήματος ΠΤ κατά το ακαδημαϊκό έτος 2025-2026, να διαβάσουν προσεκτικά τα κάτωθι και να υποβάλλουν μέσω της ειδικής ηλεκτρονικής εφαρμογής του Γραφείου Πρακτικής Άσκησης: (α) αίτηση συμμετοχής, (β) δήλωση προσωπικών στοιχείων και (γ) δήλωση συμμετοχής σε φορείς ΠΑ, μέσω ηλεκτρονικής πλατφόρμας. Η ΠΑ διεξάγεται σύμφωνα με τα όσα ορίζονται στον Κανονισμό Πρακτικής Άσκησης του Τμήματος (ΚΑΝΟΝΙΣΜΟΣ ΠΡΑΚΤΙΚΗΣ ΑΣΚΗΣΗΣ).
Περιγραφή και διάρκεια Πρακτικής Άσκησης
The Practical Training (ΠΑ) of the Department of Informatics and Telematics is conducted on an optional basis during enrollment in the Undergraduate Study Program (ΠΠΣ) and takes place on specific dates as determined each year by the ΣΣΨΤ. Students may undertake Practical Training (ΠΑ) at host organizations, which may be Public Services, Legal Entities of Private and Public Law, Local Government Authorities of the first and second degree, and businesses, under the supervision of a teaching staff member of the study program, provided that it is included in the relevant Study Program and in the manner specified in the corresponding Practical Training program.
The Internship (PA) is carried out over two (2) months of full-time employment or four (4) months of part-time employment, as defined by current legislation. The implementation of a full-duration and full-time Internship (PA) is incompatible with simultaneous full-time employment.

Δικαίωμα συμμετοχής φοιτητών/-τριών
Interested students can choose the PA provided they are in the fourth (4th) or a higher year of study. If they are fourth-year students they may owe at most five (5) courses after the end of the September 2025 examination period, according to the School Assembly decision: 206/13.11.25. If they are pending graduation, they may owe at most seven (7) courses after the end of the September 2025 examination period, given that two of these correspond to the practical training. The thesis is not included among these courses.
Διαδικασία υποβολής αίτησης
Students who meet the above requirements and are interested in undertaking PA during the academic year 2025-26 should:

Upon submission of the application a unique code number [ID] is assigned, which will be used from now on in all communication of students (m/f) with the University's services regarding the P.A.
Β) να συμπληρώσουν τη φόρμα επιλογής φορέων ΠΑ στο : https://forms.gle/
ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ στη φόρμα αυτή πρέπει ΥΠΟΧΡΕΩΤΙΚΑ να συμπληρώσετε τον μοναδικό κωδικό αριθμό [ID] που θα δοθεί από την πλατφόρμα internship.hua.gr
Ημερομηνία έναρξης - λήξης της υποβολής αιτήσεων συμμετοχής στην ΠΑ
Ημερομηνία έναρξης υποβολής αιτήσεων συμμετοχής στην ΠΑ ορίζεται η 24/11/2025 και ημερομηνία λήξης η 08/12/2025.
Μετά την παρέλευση της ανωτέρω ημερομηνίας, καμία αίτηση δεν θα γίνει δεκτή.
Κριτήρια κατάταξης φοιτητών/-τριών
Students' applications are prioritized based on the percentage of courses they have successfully passed and the average grade in those courses up to and including the semester considered for the above criterion. Students are ranked according to the coefficient which, for each student, is calculated as follows:
Στην παραπάνω σχέση είναι ο αριθμός των μαθημάτων στα οποία έχει εξεταστεί επιτυχώς ο/η φοιτητής/-τρια, ο συνολικός αριθμός των μαθημάτων μέσα στο διάστημα αναφοράς που ο/η φοιτητής/-τρια έχει δηλώσει, ο βαθμός στο μάθημα που έχει εξεταστεί επιτυχώς. Σε περίπτωση ισοβαθμίας μεταξύ δύο ή περισσοτέρων φοιτητών/-τριών η τελική κατάταξη προκύπτει από τη μέση βαθμολογία των μαθημάτων με υποχρεωτικό εργαστήριο στο αντίστοιχο διάστημα αναφοράς. Σε περίπτωση εκ νέου ισοβαθμίας πραγματοποιείται κλήρωση παρουσίας των φοιτητών/-τριών.
Αξιολόγηση αιτήσεων συμμετοχής στην ΠΑ
The Practical Training Committee (EPA) of the PT Department evaluates the applications & the supporting documents and ranks the eligible students (male/female) based on the applicable scoring system.
A provisional results list is being prepared for eligible students (m/f) in order of ranking as well as any rejected applicants (m/f) which is posted on the website of the Office of ΠΑ ΧΠ.
Διαδικασία ένστασης
Students have the right to submit a substantiated objection to the provisional result lists within 05 (five) calendar days.
Ο/Η αιτών/-ούσα φοιτητής/-τρια υποβάλλει εντός της καθορισμένης προθεσμίας (05 ημερολογιακών ημερών) την ένστασή του/της, ψηφιακά βεβαιωμένη από το gov.gr, στο Κεντρικό Πρωτόκολλο του Πανεπιστημίου μέσω email στο:
After the lapse of five (5) calendar days the PA Office forwards any objections to the Appeals Committee of Harokopio University, which, after examining them, accepts or rejects them and sends its finding to the PA Office.
The PA Office informs the objectors and the EPA of the Department of PT by registered letter.
Η ΕΠΑ του Τμήματος ΠΤ καταρτίζει τον Προσωρινό Πίνακα Αποτελεσμάτωνο οποίος αναρτάται στην ιστοσελίδα του Γραφείου ΠΑ.
Αν με την παρέλευση πέντε (5) ημερολογιακών ημερών δεν έχει υποβληθεί ένσταση, ο προσωρινός πίνακας καθίσταται Οριστικός και αναρτάται στην ιστοσελίδα του Γραφείου ΠΑ.
Subsequently, in accordance with the results of the Final List, the students who were selected to carry out PA are requested to complete their detailed information in the form which will be sent to them electronically.
Ασφάλιση & Αποζημίωση ασκουμένων
Based on the applicable legislation, students who undertake Practical Training are mandatorily covered by the insurance of the Electronic National Social Insurance Entity (e-E.F.K.A.) in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 10 of Law 2217/1994 (A’ 83) only for the risk of accident. For the insurance of in-kind sickness benefits, paragraph 10 of Article 15 of Law 3232/2004 (A’ 48) applies.
When the Internship is compensated, in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 7 and 8 of Article 44 of Law 5128/2024, the insurance cost is included in the compensation and is borne by the entity compensating the Internship (the Host Entity or E.L.K.E. through co-funded programs or projects financed from own or private resources). If the compensation is borne in part by both the Host Entity and E.L.K.E., then the insurance cost is borne by the Host Entity and is included in the compensation.
Any other claim for coverage of accident risk or damage is borne by the Host Institution.
The Internship is remunerated, upon completion of the educational process of the Internship, in accordance with the applicable legislation (paras. 7 and 8, article 44, Law 5128/2024) and in accordance with the terms & conditions of inclusion of the forthcoming new project «Harokopio University Internship academic years 2024-2025 & 2025-2026 & 2026-2027» in the O.P. PADKS 2021 - 2027.
The internship is remunerated, provided that the weekly duration is equal to or greater than half of the weekly employment of the corresponding supervisor at the Host Institution and in any case greater than twenty (20) hours per week. For internships with a total duration of more than twenty (20) hours, the internship is considered full-time when it corresponds to a weekly internship duration equal to the weekly employment of the corresponding supervisor of the Host Institution, and part-time when it corresponds to a weekly employment equal to half the hours of the weekly employment of the corresponding supervisor at the Host Institution and in no case less than twenty (20) hours. In any case, a full-time internship does not exceed forty (40) hours per week. The remuneration of the internship is paid to the student in accordance with the provisions of Article 52 of Law 4611/2019 (Α’ 73).
For first-cycle students, the cost of compensation may be borne in whole or in part, preferably by the Host Institutions, or by the budget of co‑financed programs or projects funded from own or private resources managed by the E.L.K.E. of Harokopio University.
Based on the applicable legislation, the granting of compensation for carrying out an Internship does not constitute grounds for terminating other financial benefits, special allowances, or pensions that students (male/female) of the University receive or are entitled to receive for other reasons. Students (male/female), during the Internship, apart from their right to compensation and to insurance, do not acquire any other employment- or pension-related rights.
