INFORMATION ON COURSE REGISTRATIONS WINTER SEMESTER 2019-2020 

 

Please be informed that all active students must complete the course registration process for the winter semester 2019-2020 by Thursday 31/10/2019, via the platform https://e-studies.hua.gr/unistudent/ .

Students who do not register for courses will not be able to participate in the February 2020 examination period. 

 

INSTRUCTIONS 

When logging into the platform, students must fill in the details:

1. username (without @hua.gr)

2. password (the one they have for the online services)

Then they select from the taskbar Declarations/Declaration of courses for the current semester (Students).

 

More details for each year:

Admitted students 2019-2020 (1st semester-winter) 

Students who are in the 1st semester select the 5 mandatory courses of the current semester and then click "Check Declaration" and finally "Save Declaration".

 

Admitted students 2018-2019 (3rd semester-winter) 

Students who are in the 3rd semester, initially select the 5 compulsory courses of the current semester, as well as any compulsory courses they may owe from the 1st semester and then click «Declaration Check» and finally «Save Declaration».

 

Admissions 2017-2018 (5th semester-winter) 

Students in the 5th semester initially select the 3 required courses of the semester:

1. Human-Machine Communication

2. Distributed Systems

3.Telecommunications Systems

as well as any compulsory courses they may owe from previous winter semesters and click «Declaration Check».

Then the elective courses appear where they choose only 3 of the 6 offered:

1. Computer Science and Education

2. Economics of Digital Technology

3. Systems Programming

4. Development of Telematics Applications

5. Database Design and Distributed Databases

6. Business Process Automation.

 

Admitted students 2016-2017 (7th semester-winter) 

Students in the 7th semester choose the 3 compulsory courses of the semester:

1. Information Systems Security

2. Parallel Computers and Algorithms

3. Thesis I

as well as any compulsory courses they may owe from previous winter semesters and click «Declaration Check».

 

The course Thesis I is registered, regardless whether a student will officially undertake in the winter semester 2019-2020 the Thesis or at a later time.

Then the elective courses appear where they choose only 3 of the 8 offered:

1. Informatics and Education (EP22)

2. Mobile Communication Systems

3. System Performance

4. Applications of Artificial Intelligence

5. Techno-economic Analysis of Information, Telematics and Telecommunications Systems

6. Telematics Applications Development (ΕΠ24)

7. Data Mining

8. Society and ICT

as well as any elective courses outstanding from the previous winter semester.

 

If a student has chosen the elective course «Development of Telematics Applications» and «Informatics and Education» in the 5th semester, they cannot select them in the 7th (Attention: those of you who want to register the above courses must make sure that you selected the ones that are in the correct semester).

Students who have not passed the course «Telecommunications» and «Propagation of Telecommunication Signals» should contact the Secretariat.

 

Admitted students 2015-2016, 2014-2015, 2013-2014, 2012-2013, 2011-2012, 2010-2011, 2009-2010, 2008-2009 and 2007-2008 

Students who are in the 9th semester or higher select the required courses they owe from the winter semesters and click «Declaration Check».

Then the elective courses they have declared and still owe are displayed; they select them and click «Check Declaration» and if the declaration is complete they click «Save Declaration».

 

Students who have not passed the courses «Telecommunications» and/or «Propagation of Telecommunication Signals» should contact the Secretariat.

Finally, those students who have chosen in the spring semester the courses «Society and ICT» and «Business Process Automation», should know that they are taught in the winter semester, therefore they must contact the Secretariat to register them (while on their transcript they will appear in the spring semester).

Students who wish to change an elective course must not submit the declaration for that course electronically through the platform and should come to the Secretariat in order to complete an Application to Change the elective course so that their request can be examined. Applications to change courses will be made exclusively at the Secretariat until Thursday 31/10/2019 (10.00- 13.00). 

After the deadline no course changes can be made!
