Manage your University Account

Through the “MyAccount@HUA” service, students can manage features of their academic account, such as their personal login password, and activate additional electronic services.

Student Information System

The Student Information System allows students to register for courses and obtain certificates.

Faculty Information System

The Student Information System allows faculty members to submit student grades and access additional academic services.

e-Class

The “Harokopio University Open eClass” platform is an integrated asynchronous learning and e-course management system supporting undergraduate and postgraduate study programs.

Google Workspace for Education

Members of the Harokopio University community benefit from free access to Google’s suite of tools for all academic purposes.

Office 365

Through the GRNET DELLOS service, the entire academic community is provided with full access to the online Office 365 suite. Accounts are activated 48 hours after the first login to the platform.

Wireguard VPN

The WireGuard VPN service allows University users to access services available only through the University network, even when connected through external networks.

Helpdesk

Through the IT-Helpdesk platform, technical support is provided to members of the academic community regarding the operation of voice and data networks and the use of electronic services.

Nextcloud

Nextcloud is an open-source platform for file hosting in a private cloud environment. At present, the service is available only to members of the Department of Informatics and Telematics.

Gitlab@HUA

Members of the University community can use the GitLab service, similar to GitHub, which operates on the Institution’s infrastructure.
