ΔΙΑΔΙΚΑΣΙΑ ΟΛΟΚΛΗΡΩΣΗΣ ΕΓΓΡΑΦΗΣ ΠΡΩΤΟΕΤΩΝ ΦΟΙΤΗΤΩΝ ΑΚΑΔΗΜΑΪΚΟΥ ΕΤΟΥΣ 2022-2023

Ενημερώνουμε τους πρωτοετείς φοιτητές ότι, κατά το διάστημα από Τετάρτη 14.09.2022 έως και Τρίτη 20.09.2022, θα πρέπει να αποσταλούν ηλεκτρονικά στην ηλεκτρονική διεύθυνση This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. τα παρακάτω δικαιολογητικά:

ΑΠΑΙΤΟΥΜΕΝΑ ΔΙΚΑΙΟΛΟΓΗΤΙΚΑ

1. Υπεύθυνη Δήλωση

For the completion of your registration and the receipt of your personal access credentials for the electronic services associated with your student status, you must submit a sworn declaration through the electronic application e-dilosi to the Department Secretariat, the content of which should state the following request:

"επιθυμώ:

• την ολοκλήρωση της εγγραφής μου στο Τμήμα Πληροφορικής και Τηλεματικής
• the sending of my personal access codes for the electronic services to the following email address..........."

at this point you will enter your own email address to which you wish your codes to be sent.

We note that in the system of the electronic self-declaration application you log in with your own details (not the parent's) because in this way the identity of the person submitting the self-declaration is certified. If you do not have this option, you can contact a Citizens' Service Centre (KEP), where you will complete a corresponding self-declaration and the authenticity of your signature will be certified. In that case, the sending of the self-declaration will be done by mail to the Department

2. Ευκρινές αντίγραφο Αστυνομικής ταυτότητας ή διαβατηρίου

3. A copy of the electronic registration application from the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs platform, which, after its submission, bears a protocol number

4. Ψηφιακή έγχρωμη φωτογραφία τύπου αστυνομικής ταυτότητας (αρχείο jpg). 

5. (Only for male students) Birth certificate or family status certificate in which the Male Registry Number is recorded

6. Εκτύπωση ΑΜΚΑ (www.amka.gr)

7. Έντυπο Στοιχείων

Μόνο για λόγους εξαιρετικής ανάγκης, που η αποστολή των παραπάνω δικαιολογητικών δεν είναι δυνατή με ηλεκτρονικό τρόπο, τα δικαιολογητικά μπορούν να αποσταλούν ταχυδρομικώς στη διεύθυνση της Γραμματείας του οικείου Τμήματος:
