Dr. Mete Cetiner received his Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Gazi University, Türkiye, with a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from Middle East Technical University, Türkiye; and a Master of Science in Management of Information Systems from Claremont Graduate University. He earned his Ph.D. from Claremont Graduate University in the Management of Information Systems and Technology. As a faculty leader at Empire State University, he has served as Chair of the Department of Computer Science and has engaged in faculty governance as a senator shaping policy for the university.
