ΜΕΤΕΓΓΡΑΦΕΣ ΑΚΑΔΗΜΑΪΚΟΥ ΕΤΟΥΣ 2024-2025
Those eligible for transfers for the academic year 2024-2025 who belong to the following categories are called:
i) in accordance with the scoring criteria of paragraph 3 of Article 75 of Law 4692/2020 (A'111) as amended and in force
ii) those admitted under the category of siblings of undergraduate students of Article 76 of Law 4692/2020 (A’111) as amended and in force
iii) that belong to the cases a, b, c, e and st of Article 78 of Law 4692/2020 (Α’111) as amended and in force
iv) σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 77 του ν. 4692/2020 (Α’111)
as ratified by ministerial table no. 147438/Ζ1/09-12-2024 of the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports to submit in person or by another authorized person, from Wednesday 11/12/2024 until and including the Tuesday 17/12/2024 at the Secretariat of the Department of Informatics and Telematics (daily 10.00-13.00, Omirou 9, 177 78 Tavros, 2nd floor) ALL the supporting documents listed in the online application they submitted to the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports.
In addition, transfer beneficiaries are asked to submit
-Application – Approval of Transfer by the Ministry
-Copy of Police ID (both sides)

-As regards the Solemn Declaration of article 8 of Law 1599/1986 (A' 75) of the beneficiary's brother, by which he renounces the right to transfer, it must have been issued via the website gov.gr or be signed and certified as to the authenticity of the signature by a public authority
-In case of an inaccurate declaration of information in the electronic application which constitute a precondition for granting the transfer/relocation, as well as in the event of failure to prove the point-scoring financial and social criteria of article 5 of decision no. 142413/19.10.2020 of the Deputy Minister of Education and Religious Affairs (B'4617) through the documents submitted to the Department's Secretariat, the Department's Secretariat informs the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs thereof in writing as soon as possible.
-In the category where a certificate of the parents' permanent residence is requested, please submit the certificate of permanent residence of both parents-In the category where the parents' E9 form is requested, please submit the E9 form of both parents
-In cases where a parent's tax identification number (AFM) has not been declared due to divorce, please submit the divorce decree as well as the court custody decision.
The beneficiaries should not request deregistration from the originating institution until the documentation has been checked and the transfer procedure has been completed by a decision of the School's General Assembly
-After the completion of the review of the supporting documents and their validation by the School Assembly, the Secretariat notifies the beneficiaries, via the email address (email) shown on their application, about the approval or rejection of their transfer.
-Subsequently they should contact the Secretariat of the Department of Origin in order to request their deregistration, while the retrieval of the diplomas (i.e. of the deregistration) will be carried out by the administration.
-The Department Secretariat will send to the beneficiaries by email a registration number and registration instructions, as soon as it receives the diplomas from the Secretariats of the Departments of Origin.
