Select from the taskbar Declarations/Registration for the current semester (Students) and your registration is recorded for the spring semester of the academic year 2024-2025 (see below):
Η πλατφόρμα θα είναι ανοιχτή για εγγραφές έως και την Παρασκευή 14/03/2025.
As you may already know from the task bar Requests/New request/Issuance of Certificates you can request electronic certificates from the Secretariat (certificate for general use, military service certificate, detailed transcript, etc) for receipt via institutional email.
Course registrations for the spring semester of the 2024-2025 academic year, will begin on Tuesday 04/03/2025.
Leave of absence from studies for the spring semester of the academic year 2024-2025
Students of the Undergraduate Study Program (who have not exceeded the maximum duration of studies n+2) and wish to request interruption of studies (in accordance with the provisions of par.4 of article 76 of Law 4957/2022 (A'141) and article 26 of the Study Regulations of Harokopio University (FEK 4983/09.08.2023 issue B')) for the spring semester of the academic year 2024-2025 must submit the attached application to the Department Secretariat until and including Friday 14/03/2025 (from their institutional account) stating the reasons for which they request the interruption and attaching the supporting documents that prove:
- Serious health reasons of the applicant or their relatives up to and including the second degree by blood, with certification by competent public authorities or organizations,
- Reasons for enlistment, with military recruitment certificate
- Σοβαρούς οικονομικούς λόγους
Student status is suspended for the duration of the interruption of studies and participation in any educational process is not permitted. Also, during this period, the rights arising from the status of a student (academic ID card, access to the Student Registry, course examinations, receipt of certificates and receipt of textbooks, etc.) are suspended.
Semesters during which the student (m/f) is on a leave of absence are not counted toward the maximum duration of studies.
In exceptional cases and for reasons attributable to force majeure, it is possible to submit the application even after the expiration of the aforementioned deadlines (i.e. 14/03/2025).
